FRANCHISE TAX REPORT

and outstanding stock; or (2) the sum of 5.1% of
1st $50,000 year of the corporation's taxable income
and 8.9% of the taxable income over $50,000. A Tier
One Litter Tax of the greater of (3) 0.014% on the
value of the corporation's issued and outstanding
stock; or (4) 0.11% of 1st $50,000 of the corporation's
taxable income plus 0.22% of the taxable income
over $50,000. A Tier Two Litter Tax (Effects only
taxpayers that manufacture or sell litter stream
products) of the greater of (5) 0.014% on the value
of the corporation's issued and outstanding stock;
or (6) 0.22% of the taxable income over $50,000.
Tier One and Tier Two Litter Taxes shall not exceed
$5,000 each. The minimum tax is $50.00. Declarations
of estimated tax due to State Treas.. by 1-31, if
no final report-payment in Jan. Pay with declaration,
if $50 (max.); if over $50, 1/3 (min. $50) with
declaration and 2/3 by 3-31 (unless report-payment
